Chattanooga’s Homemade Sourdough
Spreading the Gospel One Loaf at a Time
The good news of Jesus Christ inspires the simplicity of loving our neighbor and community. Baking and breaking sourdough bread is one of the ways of doing this that my family and I have come to enjoy the most. Our heart is to make wholesome bread with simple ingredients more available to the lovely people of Chattanooga.
This Winter’s Bakes
Who doesn’t love a good seasonal item? I’m personally obsessed with them, so besides our classic loaf (the Jason), all our items change with the seasons and are made with ingredients that compliment that time of year.

The Jason:
Classic Sourdough Loaf
$8.00
A classic, homemade loaf of sourdough is hard to beat. That’s why it’s my dad’s all-time favorite and named after him!

The Olivia:
Herbed Cheddar Loaf
$10.00
Dedicated to a friend that wears the comedic badge and loves cheese (some would say too much). The herbed cheddar is a cheeze-itz’s beloved cousin/arch nemesis because it’s that good.

The Lou:
Cinnamon Cranberry Focaccia Bites
$7.00
Mild, sweet, and tart. These Bites are the essence of who my mother is and are rightly deserving of her name! They make you wanna do a lil jig, as does she.

The Emily:
Orange Cardamom Pistachio Chocolate Loaf
$12.00
My best friend in a loaf: sweetly comforting and warm. Eating it feels like curling up to the fireplace on Christmas day. This loaf bears the mark of the winter season in its fullness.

Seasonal Spreads:
$3 – Homemade Peanut Butter (8oz)
Wholesome peanut butter made from wholesome ingredients: it’s just peanuts ;)
What the People Say about Our Bread
“It’s some of the best sourdough I’ve ever had… and I eat a lot of sourdough.”
– Greyson Dietz, Chattanooga (my husband)
